The good news was the Keller Logistics business was growing. The bad news was company officials were having difficulty finding enough quality CDL drivers to fill their fleet and complete contracts. We devised a recruitment campaign that revolved around targeting marketing, reaching out to potential employees in multiple demographic segments across a five-state area. Each of these demographics was targeted using separate tactics and served a different message that answered the needs of employees on why they should choose Keller Logistics as their next career.
